MEET NORA

 

Nora Shank is a dietitian who coaches people to love healthy eating. When following diet strategies like cutting calories, carbs and doing more cardio didn't work for her or her patients anymore, Nora set out to create a more caring nutrition approach that help people get consistent results by helping them change their minds, meals and metabolism.

 

Over the last two years her clients have lost more than 1,000 pounds using her simple strategies to transform their minds, hearts & bodies.

 

She is a healthy eating expert with over 20 years of experience both in medical nutrition therapy and weight loss coaching.

 

Nora owns Nora Shank Nutrition and is a published author, speaker and sees patients virtual through her practice.

FAQ

Q: How many servings are in each recipe?

    While most recipes are for one, many make up to 4 servings. They can VERY EASILY be double to suit a couple or family. My family has eaten almost every meal on this menu!

Q: How much weight should I expect to lose? Most of my clients lose 6-10 lbs using this diet for a month, but as with all programs, there is no guarantee of weight loss.

Q: Is this suitable for vegetarians?

There are 60% vegetarian dishes (we do use eggs) in this program however, it is not strictly a vegetarian diet. 

Q: Can I eat desserts? Drink alcohol?

I have a philosophy that all foods can fit, however the full 30 DAY SLIM DOWN GUIDE gives idea about how to make smarter choices so that you can reach your goal.

Q: Can I eat out?

Yes!! I plan at least once a week so that you can eat out. I offer ideas of how to make choices that follow the Rule of 3 so that you can keep slimming down.
