Q: How many servings are in each recipe?

    While most recipes are for one, many make up to 4 servings. They can VERY EASILY be double to suit a couple or family. My family has eaten almost every meal on this menu!

Q: How much weight should I expect to lose? Most of my clients lose 6-10 lbs using this diet for a month, but as with all programs, there is no guarantee of weight loss.

Q: Is this suitable for vegetarians?

There are 60% vegetarian dishes (we do use eggs) in this program however, it is not strictly a vegetarian diet. 

Q: Can I eat desserts? Drink alcohol?

I have a philosophy that all foods can fit, however the full 30 DAY SLIM DOWN GUIDE gives idea about how to make smarter choices so that you can reach your goal.

Q: Can I eat out?

Yes!! I plan at least once a week so that you can eat out. I offer ideas of how to make choices that follow the Rule of 3 so that you can keep slimming down.
