I didn't have to wonder any more what I should be eating. I felt free-- and I've lost 14 pounds.

Since starting this plan, my goal was to not gain weight over the holidays and to my surprise I didn’t gain a pound! I was shocked and thrilled! Last week I stuck with the meal plan again and worked out...I lost a pound! This is a lot for me who never sees the scale move!
