1. How many servings in each recipe?

  • Most recipes serve between 2-4 

    Some recipes are batch based, like muffins, but most dinners are designed to serve 3-4, so that you have leftovers for lunch or are able to share with your family or significant other!


2. Are the recipes allergy friendly?

  • Many of the Slim Down Recipes are allergy-friendly and are naturally gluten-free

    While some recipes do contain eggs, milk, nuts or gluten, all of the recipes are easily adapted with substitutes like gluten-free flour, pastas or your other favorite swaps! If you need any special dietary support, please contact me so that I can guide you!


3. How will I be billed?

  • After 7 days, you will be enrolled in the monthly membership


4. How much weight can I expect to lose?
